Coming from France and interested in Germany, Dr. Camembert has always loved the cooking and friendliness.
When he went to Nrw, he liked to cook for his friends on the other side of the Rhine.
Between cassoulet, beef bourguignon and other specialities, he noticed that his camembert in the oven was very appreciated.
Since 2000, Dr. Camembert has enjoyed working from time to time in the sale of handicrafts at summer and Christmas markets, as well as organizing theme evenings for restaurants and concert cafés.
Rather independent and in a wandering mood, loving to cook and please, it is quite naturally that the idea of creating a Food Trailer was born.
After several years of reflection and investigation to find the right concept and adapted recipe, it is in December 2018 that the activity really started.
Your doctor will be happy to visit events such as markets, wine festivals or private or corporate events.
We offer you a delicious portion of Camembert in the oven, with potatoes, pesto, rosemary or basil, which can be garnished with fresh or dried tomatoes (depending on the season), onions preserved in balsamic vinegar, fried mushrooms or bacon.
